Run 10km
10 km running: The course leads 2.5 km straight over the classic route along the Neusiedler See in the direction of Hölle and on the same way back to the finish, over two laps. At the running track there is a refreshment station (near "place of Champions" - see map).

Bike 40km
40 km cycling: The very fast bike course is an absolutely flat 40 km course that is once to ride. The route leads directly through Podersdorf on the Seestraße out through picturesque vineyards towards Martinstherme and in a curve over the Althof and before Frauenkirchen back to Podersdorf.

1.5 km swimming: The swimming takes place in Lake Neusiedl. The start is located next to the lighthouse at Podersdorfer Hauptsteg. Two laps are swum.
