STRECKENREKORDPRÄMIEN RULES
Die Streckenrekordprämien werden ausbezahlt, wenn der Rekord unterboten wird und dies vom offiziellem Wettkampfgericht anerkannt wird. Unabhängig von Sach- oder Geldleistung, müssen von ausländischen Teilnehmern aufgrund der steuerlichen Situation in Österreich 20 % einbehalten werden und direkt an die österreichischen Steuerbehörden abgeführt werden. Der Sachpreis kann nicht in Geld abgelöst werden.
The price money for the record will be paid when posting a faster time than the previous record that is being acknoledged by the offical jury. Due to austrian tax rules we have to keep 20 % of the price money and pay it directly to the local tax authority (independent of material price or money price). The car can´t be substituted in money. The car can only be received after paying the federal taxes for the car directly to the host organisation.
