- 1.
Für den Fall meiner Teilnahme erkenne ich den Haftungsausschluß der Veranstalter für Schäden an jeder Art an. Ich oder sonstige berechtigte Dritte (aufgrund von erlittenen Verletzungen oder Todesfall) werde weder gegen die Veranstalter und Sponsoren noch gegen die Anrainergemeinden oder deren Vertreter Ansprüche wegen Schäden und Verletzungen jeglicher Art geltend machen, die mir durch meine Teilnahme entstehen könnten. Weiters stelle ich die Veranstalter von jeglicher Haftung gegenüber Dritten frei, soweit diese Schäden in Folge meiner Teilnahme während der Veranstaltung erleiden.- 2.
Ich weiß und bin damit einverstanden, dass ich die alleinige Verantwortung für meine persönlichen Besitzgegenstände und die Sportausrüstung während der mit dem Triathlon zusammenhängenden Aktivitäten habe.- 3.
Ich erkläre, daß ich für die Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb ausreichend trainiert habe, körperlich gesund bin und mir mein Gesundheitszustand ärztlich bestätigt wurde.- 4.
Ich bin über die mit dem Wettkampf verbundenen gesundheitlichen und sonstigen Gefahren und Umstände informiert und bestätige ausdrücklich, auf eigene Verantwortung und eigenes Risiko an der Veranstaltung teilzunehmen.- 5.
Ich erkläre mich mit einer eventullen medizinischen Behandlung und Dopingkontrolle einverstanden.- 6.
Es sind keinerlei Regressansprüche bei höherer Gewalt, Verlegung oder Ausfall möglich. Das Startgeld kann nicht zurückgezahlt werden. Ich werde an der Wettkampfbesprechung teilnehmen und die dort gegebenen Verhaltensregeln befolgen.- 7.
Ich bin damit einverstanden, daß die in meiner Anmeldung genannten Daten, die von mir im Zusammenhang mit meiner Teilnahme gemachten Fotos, Filmaufnahmen und Interviews in Rundfunk, Fernsehen, Werbung, Büchern, fotomechanischen Vervielfältigungen - Filme, Videocassetten etc. - ohne Vergütungsansprüche meinerseits genutzt werden dürfen. Ich erkläre mich einverstanden, dass meine Daten zu Werbezwecken genutzt werden können.- 8.
Ich versichere, daß mein oben angegebenes Geburtsdatum richtig ist und daß ich meine Startnummer an keine andere Person weitergeben werde. Mir ist bekannt, daß ich disqualifiziert werde, wenn ich die offizielle Startnummer in irgendeiner Weise verändere, insbesondere den Werbeeindruck unsichtbar oder unkenntlich mache. Ich anerkenne, daß sich der Veranstalter das Recht vorbehält, mich bei nachgewiesenem Verstoß gegen obige Verpflichtungen von der Veranstaltung auszuschließen. (Hinweis lt. In case of my participation I acknowledge the hosts exclusion from liability for any damages incurred. I, or any legitimate, authorized third party (as a result of incurred injuries or fatality) will not lodge any claims from the host organization, the sponsors or the neighboring municipalities and its representatives because of injuries or damages that might result from my participation. Furthermore I release the host organization from third party liability as far as these damages result from my participation during the event.- 2.
I am aware of-, and consent to take the sole and full responsibility for my personal belongings and my sport equipment during all activities associated with my participation in the triathlon.- 3.
I declare that I practiced sufficiently for the participation in this competition and that I have a positive medical confirmation for my state of health.- 4.
I am informed about the possible medical and miscellaneous risks associated with the competition and confirm explicitly that by participating in the competition I do not hold the management (or organization) of the triathlon accountable for any possible injuries or damages incurred.- 5.
I declare that I consent with any necessary medical treatment and possible drug testing.- 6.
There is no possibility for legitimate claims for recourse is case of acts of nature beyond control, relocation or cancellation. The entry fee cannot be refunded. I will attend the informal competition meeting and follow the rules of conduct announced there.- 7.
I am aware of-, and consent that the data I provided for the registration, the pictures, videos and interviews taken associated with the competition, can be used for radio, television, advertising, books, photomechanical reproduction, film, video tape etc. - without me lodging any claims. I consent that my data can be used for advertising.- 8.
I assure that the date of birth given above is correct and that I will not pass my number to any other person. I am aware that I can be disqualified if I change my number in any way, especially if I render the advertising invisible or beyond recognition. I acknowledge that the host reserves his right to exclude me from the event me after a proven violation of the liabilities above.
